Mustang front brakes popping or grabbing

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

2013 Shelby with 5000 miles started making a popping noise when backing
out of a parking space with wheel turned steep.   I believe the brakes are
grabbing momentarily and it does it two-four times .  It sounds like something
is binding and releasing.   I wonder if it has something to do with the hill assist
system but I don’t know much about that.  I tried turning off the hill assist and
can’t get it to turn off.  Any suggestions before I go to the dealership?
