I Replace the alternator and still not putting out 14.5 V

Is the battery good? You may need to have it tested. Could also be corrosion in some wiring or bad grounds, have seen a few with bad ECM's causing the alternator to not perform properly.

it does not need to 12 v is fine too much can fry the electronics. normal is 12-13.5
