My 05 pontiac vibe cigarette lighter stopped working, fuse is okay..

Have you tried the lighter in a different vehicle? Have you tried plugging in something like a phone charger to see if you have power at the socket? If the lighter works in a different vehicle and the phone charger doesn't work in the socket in the Vibe, then you know the problem is definitely in the socket. It's possible that the power cord has become disconnected from the back of the socket.
