My 2004 Montana collects water/liquid under the drivers side carpet even if it doesn't rain. What could be the problem?

Is the A/C on maybe your A/C drain is backing up into the van, check the floor board on the passenger side too

The water is entering from the air filter. There is a little plastic deflector above your cabin air filter. If it is not properly fitted, water will pour in the passenger side. It's an easy fix.
