Dashlights not on

The lights which are controlled by the dimmer switch that turns on the dome light aRE NOT WORKING AFTER i
HAD A NEW BATTERY INSTALLED. anY THoUGHTS on THE CAUSE AND THE REPAIR? I checked the fuses on
the side of the dash and in the engine compartment

If you know how, take both the positive and negative cables off the battery for a couple of minutes to reset your electrical system and see if that works.

Are the headlights on? Dash lights are part of the running light circuit.

Yes headlights were on. I went back to the place that installed the battery and "assume the disconnected and reconnected, but not sure. Thanks cag, thanks tenspeed
