I have a 2003 Pontiac Aztek with 202,000 miles. Leaking water from driver side of engine- it is squirting out when under pressure but cannot visualize where it is coming from. Any ideas?

Leaking water? You mean antifreeze?
Tom is correct. The 3.4 liter engine is famous for leaking intake gaskets. Look down the drivers side of the block where the engine and transmission meet. The gasket runs down and away from under the valve cover towards the firewall.
What is the approximate number of hours/cost to replace intake manifold gasket? Is it worth doing on a car with this many miles- in good shape otherwise. Recently did whole front end
Depends who does it and where you live. GM dealer, local reputable mechanic or you and your friends. If the heads aren't cracked somewhere between $400(if you do it) and up to $2000 if a GM dealer does it. Its only worth doing if you like the Aztec and want to keep driving a 200,000 mile vehicle. The transmission would be the next expensive thing to go bad. Another $1000-$2500 fix.
