OK these are 03 Bonneville, i. am trying to see what is on the same circuit as radio, you have a dead to ground short if they blow that fast, let's take a look, click to enlarge

http://auto.manualsonline.com/manuals/mfg/pontiac/2003_bonneville.html ~~~~~~might help us..I found a legend but it was for a '99. So it might not be same, but on that one your instrument cluster won't be working if that fuse is out. How about it, do your gauges work?

That bottom one is of no use to us..interior lights. I thought it would show more. I know of no car that has a circuit for radio alone, they don't draw that much (stock anyway) what else does not work? I couldn't find a legend for an '03 Bonneville to save my hide. Is there one on the fuse box cover? It's not a trickle leak short to blow a fuse that fast, like I say somewhere there is a dead to ground short.
