Are people interested in buying cars that don't run?

Asked by Silver2020 Mar 23, 2020 at 03:31 PM about the 2003 Pontiac Vibe Base

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

Can I post my car for sale if it is currently not working?  Are there people who are interested in buying cars like that?  I have a 2003 Pontiac Vibe in fair condition but is not currently running due to a blown gasket.

If it is possible to sell the car here to someone that is OK that this car is not running, how I would I openly note that in the advertisement?

I would use Craigslist to list your vehicle.

You can advertise your vehicle for sale on this website. But I don't think anyone will be interested in it. In the vehicle description you can put that it doesn't run due to a blown head gasket. Personally, if it were mine, I'd call the local salvage yard to come get it! Hope that helps! Jim
