The website reports you cannot help me with the sale at this time for the
following reasons: Your car has a lien that needs to be paid off (not true)
Your state doesn't allow an electronic Bill of Sale (??)
We're unable to verify your ID (I sent you a picture of ID)
We're unable to link your bank account (no instructions given to link)
