both low bean headlights are not working but the high beam lights are working, has anybody experience this. It is a 2003 vibe gt

Probably the switch but it could also be that both bulbs have burnt out. Do you know for a fact that both lights were on before you noticed this? If one was already out, and not noticed, they would just seem to now be both out at the same time. Bulbs are relatively cheap. Replace one of the 2 first and see if it lights. If it does, then replace the other and you're done!
