Violent shaking 2002 Bonneville supercharger

Asked by Ronald Jun 21, 2017 at 09:22 PM about the 2002 Pontiac Bonneville SSEi

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2002 Bonneville ssei supercharger, when it
coast/accelerate it begins to shake violently when it
hit 40mph. I've change the brakes, rotors, tie rods
and hub bearings. I've also notice that the motor
mount may be worn out or broke could that
possibly be the problem...and I've also notice that
when it does shake and I hit the brakes it slows and
stops smoothly with no bouncing feeling in the
brake pedal and the steering wheel doesn't really
shakes or vibrates...any and all suggestion
welcome

if the engine moves more than an inch when shifting your automatic... yes the motor mounts are bad.

I know it's been a long time since you ask your question but my car did the same thing it was the coil packs plugs and wires I replaced them and it drove beautifully afterwords.

I am sure it was not all those, not every spark plug or plug wire ect. but you did replace the fault.
