Violent shaking at 40 miles an hour

What could cause my 2002 Bonneville ssei
shake at 40 miles an hour I changed lower
tie rod, hub bearings, rotors, brakes, and
tires only thing I haven't changed is the
struts, control arm and upper tie rods...I was
told that it could be the upper tie rods if
anybody know what the problem could be
please let me know

I had a similar problem In a 01 bonneville at 40 to 45 it would shake hard till about 55 to 60 then stop it wound up being the harmonic balencer being semi stripped out i think they said where it hooked up to the crank shaft was partially stripped out

Bent wheel, loose wheel, tire out of balance, tire defective with broken belt, severely worn struts in combination with out of balance tire. These are a few ideas, but there are other things that could make it shake.
