Is the window in the up or down position? If in the down position, was it exhibiting any issues prior to today's lack of movement? Knowing GM cars, with the older ones, it tends to be the motors, and the newer ones tend to be the regulators and motors. Yours falls into a transitional sort of year, but I recall F-bodies always having that chronic older-GM slow window motor issue until the motors finally just wore out.

You can check the switches and connector in the door but my money is on a bad and aging motor. Part is cheap but labor can get you since the door must be disassembled to get to it.
