How would that be fixed? We have the same problem. No odometer or tripometer.

Does it effect any of the warning lights or anything important? I will keep this car until it falls apart around me so not having the Odometer doesn't worry me.

I repaired an 02 Aztec yesterday that had a blank odometer display. Problem turned out to be a burned out incandescent bulb located under the display. To fix I desoldered and removed the display and replaced the soldered on bulb. Then reinstall the display screen - not easy to get two long rows of pins into small and tightly spaced holes. Then resoldered.... display working fine. Idiotic GM design though.... bulb should at least be a screw in replaceable bulb. Typical GM.

G A - Your answer is not in the least bit helpful. The question relates to an Aztec, not an 05 Yukon. And, I clearly stated, I repaired an 02 Aztec yesterday (I have the service receipt to prove it). Problem, as I said, was a burned out incandescent bulb.
