HARD STARTING TAURUS

MY 96 WAGON IS VERY HARD TO START RECENTLY. I'VE CHECKED ALL
THE USUAL STUFF, PLUGS  FILTERS ETC.IS THERE SOMETHING ABOUT
THIS PARTICULAR YEAR THAT I HAVEN'T  HEARD ABOUT?

You mean other than being 22 years old, just joking, pull the vacuum line off the fuel pressure regulator wait for a minute or so and see if fuel leaks out indicating a bad regulator, if I remember right that was a common problem
