Fuel preasure regulator or fuel filter if you ran it dry or fuel injectors are bad. Or the fuel pump is starting to fail but fuel pump will usally work or it won't if electronic. When you run a tank low you can burn out the electrict pump or you will pick up all the crap on the bottom of the tank

That could be a sign of a head blown head gasket. check your oil and see if it looks milky and anti freaze an seeif there is oil in it allso are you getting steam out of your exghaust?

I know this is late but I had the same problem it could be bad coils check your coils to see if they are rusted. I replaced mine car is faster sounds and is better then ever
Same problem. Changed out ignition coils and car runs great. Also did plugs, wires and vacuum lines because they were starting to dry rot.
