How many models of Xtreme Sunfire's were made?

I own a 2001 Pontiac Sunfire Xtreme, and I was wondering, how many were made? Ive only seen a few,
but they were both yellow and both GT versions, so I assume that the GT's were the ones to get this
pacakge. Mine is a normal 2.2, so I would just like to know more about it, was mine a limited production
or what? Any answer at all will be much appreciated, thanks!

Oh, quick note: the hood and rims were on the car when i bought it, so I assume they were installed by the previous owner.
