my wind shield wipers do not work at all, replaced the fuse and that didnt fix problem, is there a motor or switch that could be bad

at first, about a month ago the wipers gained a mind of there own and would come on and stay and random speeds, but would not turn off at all. now they will not turn on.

hate to say looks like the 100 dollar one,replaced the fuse,was it blown? if so its blown again to go back to eratic wipers replace fuse,giggle switch see if it responds,or blows a fuse,something is loose,

Fuse is good. But I would take the fuse out. Because the wipes would be working on OFF. Now they don't work at all. Fuse still good
