make sure battery has a full charge and battery cables/connections all good. If battery is down, get it charged. Have you tried jumper cables--jump box or anything to see if starter motor will crank the engine? Do you have security system on this vehicle? Note starter diagram, two voltage circuits to starter motor, one comes from battery, hot all the time. The other circuit goes hot with key in crank position then to neutral switch then to the A you see at top of diagram. Then depending whether you have a security system, that relay energizes. The starter motor grounds through engine block. Any testing at starter motor make sure transmission is in park or neutral and parking brake is set. Vehicle can't move. you could take starter off for testing, lay it on the ground, use jumper cables, properly hooked up from starter motor to charged battery, at the least, it should kick out drive gear and spin, that is a no load test.
