Is there a wiper relay on a 99 bonneville se

I believe you have two fuse boxes under the hood. The underside of the covers should have a schematic telling you what the relay controls. Relays are the little black boxes.

There are maxifuses under the hood .and 4 grey relays i have swaped them with eachother nuttin happens . But none of them say wiper relay

You must have a bad switch. Try running a jumper from the battery to the wiper motor. You will at least know the motor works.

I did that . I jumperd from the cruise control to the green wire on the wipers so i have one speed and it works off the switch inside the car
