My windshield wipers don't work. You can
hear the motor and work but wiper are not
moving?

If it were one wiper not moving it would likely be the nut holding the wiper arm on, but if both are not moving it may be the linkage back to the motor (then again maybe both nuts came loose at the same time...?). Pop the cowl off and take a look. It's fairly straight forward in how they work, but if you do find yourself wanting to remove a wiper arm, they make a simple tool to help pull them (like a gear puller). Look up wiper arm removal tool, can get it at any auto parts store.
