If your bubbling out the radiator most likely head gasket. Blown head gasket doesn't always put water in oil. My guess is you had a coolant leak that went unnoticed long enough to heat up the heads to point of gasket failure. Not the worst job to change head gaskets and check for cracks and warpage.
would k&w block seal fix it right up? or evev temporarily?
and sometime it wont spit out the radiator only whenever it gets really hot but when its cool and i just crank it up it sucks the water in

Definitely head/head gasket. Doubtful a sealer would work at this point.
