every now and then I hear an announcement .... Danger Faulty Vehicle

Every now and then an announcement comes on and says .... Danger Faulty
Vehicle .... what does this mean?  Are they talking about my car or another car
up ahead on the road that's sitting on the shoulder of highway?

Always says when I'm on the highway

The warning is for your vehicle, it has detected a fault somewhere and needs to be checked out. Unfortunately it looks like you maybe stuck with the dealer on this one. Recalls, TSB’s, etc.

this happened to my new 2014 nissan murano. I brought it to the dealer who checked it out with a full system scan and could not find a fault. I called Nissan and they said there is no recall. the car has 435 miles!!
