When I fill up the fuel tank on my '95 Pontiac Firebird I notice fuel leaking from the right side of the tank when it gets full. Is this some kind of overflow line? Is this normal?

Yes, it happens when I top it off. I've never had this happen on any other vehicle before. I always fill the tank up to the cap.

It's not leaking from the filler neck, it leaks on the opposite side of the tank.....the right side of the car.
