I was changing the gear off my right passenger right
side motor for the head light note the headlights
both worked before the change after i changed the
gear my right side headlight turned off and wont
light up again

The motor and light circuits are not functionally related. Double check that your lamp is still connected or possibly damaged and make sure you did not cut any wires when doing the motor repair.
