Changed serpentine. Belt and car wants to start but doesnt . Can anyone tell us what to check

The car ran for 5_10 minutes.
After the belt frayed and spung
around the crank shaft pulley.
Until it snapped.

There is something that the belt turns that has seized up. Try spinning each thing the belt goes on like the water pump pulley, power steering pulley etc. any pulley that is hard to turn or will not turn at all is the culprit.
Most likely A/C Clutch froze or idler pulley. Try them first
