Need to know type of clip to hold bumper...

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Driver side of car, back bumper, on side, is flapping in the wind when I drive. I
need to know the best way to fasten it back to the body. I don't care if its the
"proper" clip, an adhesive, or whatever, i just want affordable and strong, and
preferably easy to do. Thank you!
