How do you change a oil pan gasket on a 95 ford explorer V6 4 wheel drive

It is a job, have to remove motor mount bolts and jack the engine up, the top of the fan shroud has to come of, exhaust would have to be disconnected, the starter has to come down, anything that is in the way has to be disconnected. Then it is a job to get the oil pan back in keeping the oil pan gasket all aligned.
