I am installing a tow hitch on my 2022 RX350 Lexus.

I bought a hitch and the wiring harness from Reese and it is specifically for a
Lexus RX350. Got everything mounted but there is supposed to be a 10 pin
connector on the passenger side in the trunk to connect in the fuse for the
wiring harness. Cant find it. It maybe up behind the panel but what is the trick to
getting that panel off?

I found 4 pin wiring tucked up underneath the underside of the passenger side of the car. It is not functional and I am trying to figure out how to get it working.
