96 lexus es300 getting no power nowhere new batterie new fuses and relays but nothing will come in. Or do anything what will cause this

Possibly the ground from battery to engine block. If that comes loose and/or corroded from the dissimilar metals... It seems like you have done everything right, but a battery cable can break inside the insulation near the terminal. For a '96 a new set of battery cables sure won't hurt. And you sat all fuses good..including the maxi fuse in the underhood fuse box..right?
