2 one for each head. Not an easy job as they are under the lower intake chamber.

Lexus es 300 '97. If there are multiple errors occurring consistently one after the other,all concerning. the fuel mixture. Would that indicate a module problem?

Possibly, but fuel codes are usually problems with the pressure or flow, dirty injectors, unmetered air leaks or bad fuel.
