My 2001 Lexus es300 keeps bogging down and won't get up on speed on hills or the highway. I already replaced the fuel pump and sparlplugs

Is the check engine light on? Perhaps you have a plugged up catalytic converter. A muffler shop can do a back pressure test on the cats.

Same issue, it’s the pcv valve. Clean it make sure the ball valve works or buy a new one. Mine bogged down in second gear and would not go faster even when under full acceleration. Cleaned my pcv valve and got all my power back now when it goes into second gear and I give it more throttle it goes faster and downshifts. Never thought that would be the problem
