Ran fine stop at home for an hr or two, went to
leave won't start . was low on gas so ran to gas
station almost a 1/2 tank now still will crank but
won't turn. 136k on it . oil is at good level. I think?
Any idea's??  has been sitting on and off for the
last 45 days not my daily driver..I try to drive it
once a week.

The fuel in your tank also acts as a coolant for the internal fuel pump. When you drive your car with very low fuel in the tank the pump can overheat. Over time, this will cause the pump to fail. I believe this may be your problem.
