Unfortunately you're probably stuck with it. Especially if you bought the vehicle "as is". However, since the vehicle is 3 years old, at the most, you may be entitled to a remaining factory warranty. Also, check with your local Office of Consumer Affairs. They'll be familiar with the laws in your State. However, if you bought the vehicle long distance, as in another State, the laws of the State where the vehicle and selling Dealer are apply. So, you'd have to contact Consumer Affairs in that area. If you bought this vehicle long distance sight unseen, let this be a lesson to you. Never ever buy a vehicle sight unseen, especially a used one! Always have the vehicle inspected by a professional inspection company before you decide to buy it in the future! I've used lemonsquad.com for my long distance purchases with excellent results. Jim
