What are these wires too

I found these on the
floorboard after some one
worked on my truck

The green and grey one runs along side ignition but I cant find where it plugs Into and I have no clue to the other one

Are they the old wires that the mechanic replaced and was giving back to you? What work was done on the truck? Did you contact the mechanic?
