Blinking cruise control light with cell.

2005 Subaru will not accelerate with blinking
cruise control light with steady cell ... sometimes.
It's weird & dangerous because it can happen on
highway. But no one else has mentioned this.

Have the trouble codes read and post them here. Without more information I cannot say what the problem is.
