2005 Subaru Forester XS AWD

Asked by lagolvr Nov 08, 2021 at 02:46 PM about the 2005 Subaru Forester XS

Question type: Shopping & Pricing

My teen son is looking at purchasing this vehicle in
CA.  It has 186,017 miles.  What should we be
looking at or questions to ask regarding
maintenance for this year?  In your experience and
humble opinions, would this be a good first car?
How many more miles do you think it will get so I
can break down estimated cost per mile? How
much would you pay for it in the current market
(which is overpriced)?  TIA

I agree. On the domestic side a Ford Product is a good bet. Stay away from GM and Chrysler Products! Hope that helps! Jim
