2005 F350 Ford Truck

So I have no clue where or if the rear window even opens. Cannot find a switch anywhere but it looks like it opens . I'm very confused . Can anybody help me out ?

Will Not Come Out Of 4wd

I switched the switch that says 2wd/4high/4low to 4low and now its stuck there and won't come out. Thought maybe a fuse blew to the switch or something.
