Should I Buy A New ES 330 Or A Used 2004 LS?

The money is about the same and I really can't afford more. I currently have a 96 ES and a 03 RX. I plan on keeping it for several years.

WHAT IS THE ORIGINAL MSRP FOR THIS VEHICLE

1997 ES 300 That Has 220K Miles

Apparently 85% were highway miles as the owner was a sales rep for a state territory. he has all service records and I am getting it for $3400 should I be concerned about the high mileage?
