What can be done to remove speed limiter on a 2008 4.6 liter F 150

chipped, also the limiter is there for a reason, and no i dont mean "speed kills bs" the drive train is not designed to spin all that fast, hence the limiter

also, it is limited due to tire rating- you could have a blowout at high speeds and you would be responsible for anything that happens.
