I have a 1990 F-150 Lariat XLT with the 5L 302 EFI. What can I do to boost HP and performance

There is not much you can do economically. Camshaft, headers and cylinder heads will result in a moderate gain. Supercharger or turbo charger will cost thousands of dollars, require dyno tuning and custom fabrication. Perhaps trade it for a truck with a larger engine or get a diesel.

how much money do you want to spend? .easy to change air intake system..then exhaust.....put a Vortech blower kit on it !

as i said there are kits made for these..that are plug and play...

or add a 125hp shot of nos...$300.00

Thanks for the info. Looks like I need to a bigger engine with 4bbl in order to get an appreciable increase in hp.
