what kind of performance parts can i get for my 1987 Ford f150 xlt lariat 4x4 4.9L im looking to increase its horsepower, acceleration, Torque any ideas?

be easy, the I6 engine wasn't meant to be a performer. Its a work horse. Best bang for buck is an engine swap.

You can get long tube headers an bigger cam and I belive 302 injectors will fit and a high flue fuel pump
