I have a 88 grand am le 2.0 I just changed the fuel pump and it does make sound again but it will not start. If it is getting spark and fuel why will it not start? is there not enough fuel pressure?

(7 grand am se 4 cylinder wont start. I had both the starter and battery tested and they are good. Where is the starter relay and fuse link located ? It is not getting enough power to engage the s. 1 Answer

It is not getting enough power to engage the starter. It just makes a clunk noise, when trying to start it.
