2004 Escape DRL

where can I find the daytime running light module on my car. the running light are flashing and I was told it is the DRL that is going so I ordered one and the guys at the part store said I can do it myself. Where is this thing located? Thx for your help guys

in steering collum connected ti ignition switch.
