Well in the Us your import law is 25years if i remember correctly, Here in Canada it's 15. you'll have to wait till the car is 25years old until you can legaly import it. I dont know how the import scene is in the US but in canada is just as easy to get RHD Japanese cars as it is to go buy a used ford at a dealership. couple big importers in Canada are Terra 2 imports, importconcern. but the Evo 3 won't be legal for a while Evo 1 is still the current legal evo to bring over
why would you want the the evo 3 ? do you like the body style? i dont think that they are even legal over here until they are antique auto. The only older evo that is worth the money and trouble to get legal in the states is the evo 6. the only other way to get one is wait for someone to get tired of theres over here and find it on autotrader or ebay
