Struggle to get the truck in 1st 2nd and reverse when engines running could it be low gear box oil?

Goes in gear fine when engines off but sort of grates or doesn't go in 1st 2nd or reverse
when engine running what could it be as want to sell the truck

Done that today all levels are fine bled the clutch and seems better why would that be?

Could be pilot bearing , mine did same thing change clutch , old clutch wasn't that bad , took longer to get old pilot bearing out then changing clutch .

Engine running push in clutch and put in 3rd gear then with your clutch pushed in see if it will go into 1st.If it does the syncronizers are wore out.
