2010 Cadillac CT Premium purchased with 6054 miles last October 2014. Has CPO warranty till 2016. When backing up and turning wheel all the way right or left a "clunking" noise is heard from the front wheel assembly and the idle no longer propels the car backwards; the gas pedal needs to be depressed as if there was some resistance to moving. Happens when on gravel or if raining and wet pavement. Anyone know of any recalls related to the front steering assembly? 3 Answers

I have a 2004 Cadillac CTS with 161000 miles on it. The repair issues (computer malfunction and catalytic converter failure) will be around $3000 to repair. I just bought a new car and was going to sell this Cadillac to a friend for $2500 but the repairs are more than its worth to sell. Should I scrap it? Fix it and lose money? Any advice? 1 Answer
