2005 Durango 5.7 hemi AWD with 4 lock and 4 lo

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
Based on what I've read on here... A lot of Durango
owners are having the exact same issues! Who do
we need to complain to to get a recall issued and
something done? Mine switched into 4 lo doing
about 70 mph on the highway. Luckily my
boyfriend driving felt it and dropped it into neutral
and saved the engine and everything else. This
could have been a deadly situation for out family!!!
