Oil pump problem

Just got a 2005 dodge Grande caravan has
oil pressure until stopped at red lights ect
then drops to zero and makes knocking
noise is my oil pump bad?

If you are hearing knocking noises it might be too late for you. Low/no oil pressure usually kills and engine.
