2007 dodge magnum 2.7lt all new coolant system. Leaking out of weep hole still. What next...

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

New waterpump, tstat, housing, resv, head gaskets. Gasket again or burp
system runoff or burp cooling system??? Also: original problem was
boiling water out after about 25 miles. NO LEAKING. Changed
waterpump, brand new from advance, all back on n together. Now i have
leak at weep hole. 2nd waterpump on, still leak at hole. Does it stop
leaking. VERY NERVE WRACKING!! Everyday,14 n row, atleast 6mechs in
&out shop, yard mechs & owners etc. ALL BAFFLED & PISSED. as well as
owner!! Someone HELP!!!???! plz..

If you are getting water out of the hole below the water pump then the shaft seal is bad. I think you have a more serious problem though like a blown head gasket or a crack in the head.

When you had the head off did you send them out for an X-Ray/magnaflux and valve job?

Yes. Took over to dover. Also, no sludge(water in) oil or smoke.

Could be a blown head gasket.pressure from the combustion chamber is leaking into your cooling system causing a flash boil.
